The fun begins at Pre-Flight, which refers to the appetizers and salads, such as the crispy fried calamari, the well-seasoned blackened salmon, crispy French fries, and savory fried artichoke hearts to name just a few. Following Pre-Flight, Props Watsonville boasts 10 Specialty Burgers, each with its own corresponding code with affiliations such as LAX and LGA, and sandwiches, which are labeled with city codes like, BOS and LHR. More theme names are the Honolulu burger (HNL), which is topped with a grilled pineapple ring and crispy bacon, and the always-popular
veggie burger (SCZ).

Such must-try items include hamburgers, like the Texas Burger (HOU), which packs a multitude of ingredients such as smoked bacon, cheddar cheese, onion rings and a bodacious Texas-style BBQ sauce, and the the big and juicy, built-for-adventure (LGA) cheese burger that is topped with a fried egg — oh yeah! Other favorites are the classic Reuben (OMA) sandwich which is made with the best homemade pastrami in Watsonville, the co-pilot’s club (LHR), a top-selling item with a wonderful presentation, and the crowd-pleasing juicy and slow-cooked beef short ribs.
